Mr and Miss Nigeria International 2016, the 5th MMNI pageant edition, was held on 2nd October 2016 at Ruby gardens by 4th roundabout, lekki Lagos, Nigeria. 

This year's edition is the beauty and brain edition which was also marked the 5th edition of the Mr and Miss Nigeria International beauty pageant, that was held under the ownership of BRENDANCE AND CRUSADERS LIMITED.
